🤤Temps are coming down. If I'm good plan wise I can start cooking meat in Nov. Next phase more beans, lentils. No meat until Nov, Dec.

Yes, I'm doing ok red meat wise. It's a challenge, hubs asks for it, ever so often. I do a rotation for him. It's hard b/c of the sizzle (smell).
Hubs is an enabler. Do you want some, don't your want some, you like steak. I'll say ok, just an oz.
BBQ Duck is a another story. 🤤
I cheat with dairy. That's a whole other item.
