I did good today.... I wasn't very hungry and ate things at every meal time just to be safe. I stayed under 20 net carbs and I didn't get grumpy at all like I normally do when I eat so little. I even passed up a cupcake and oatmeal..... I loves me oatmeal and I'm a baker so cupcakes come with the territory and I passed it up... I snagged a cheese stick instead :D Yeah me :D Now if I wasn't about to be visited by Aunt flo I would actually be able to tell if I've made any progress... sad part is I can't weigh in until Friday anyways. Its the only day I go to work before we open for business and can use the scale :P
