Totally stressed and wanting to eat anything and everything I can find. Really doesn't help when my skinny coworkers are stress eating all around me...brownies, mac and chz, pizza..you name it. I wanna eat it so bad but ate 100cal pk of popcorn and a yogurt instead. Definately didn't taste as good as what they had but I was proud of myself. We have state survey coming at the end of the month so stress will only keep increasing. Hope I can continue to stay strong and not cave in.

I know... popcorn just doesn't do it... but it's all about starting better habits, and it sounds like you've got it under control! Just surround yourself with healthy snacks so it's a hassle to go get something unhealthy... I find that helps me out!

gotta get the pure protein bars. Used by bodybuilders...why? 20g of protein, 2-3 g of sugar, 16g of carbs. Boom! Kills hunger and is good for you. Lots of different kinds too, my favorite is chocolate peanut butter :)

Hooray for making such healthy choices amidst such temptation. You'll be glad you did. Plus, the more you make these better choices the more you'll be motivated to do them and may even help sway some of your co-workers! :-)
