The weekend was fast and furious. I tracked nothing. I ate off schedule. Today was good. I ate at the Ritz Carlton for lunch...was treated! I made great choices! I had ginger carrot soup and trout with baby veggies! It was yum! I drank water and stayed on track!
I made it to the gym but was totally exhausted this morning trying to get there out of my bed at 5 in the morning...which may I add was really 4am!!! Darn daylight savings time! Whatever I conquered DST!!!!
Tonight, I will fold clothes but hopefully I will get a good night's rest so I can get to the gym bright and early.
