I went and did a light work out at the hotel. I was proud I made myself go. My reward was some shopping time. I have few clothes that fit me since I lost weight. OMG I am into size 8 pants and 8/10 medium shirts. I haven't been an 8 in years. I bought new pants, shirts, and capri pants. Did I mention size 8. Yippee. Now I just have to be good for the next week while I am with my daughter and stay active. The week and my vacation has just begun. Come on, will power.
