Ug! What a weekend! Having friends over didn't help a bit my dieting efforts. I'm terrified of getting on the scale and completly loosing my momentum and my will to keep doing this. I will wait to weight myself until I can get a hold of my diet again. I really wanted to start a 3 day detox but I didn't prepare myself properly with fruits and veggies. Maybe tomorrow? Maybe Wednesday? Don't know... I just know I have to keep going...
