Requirement aim for my body type diet
for the average 135 pound woman in my age group
Daily levels of Fat, Carbs, Fibre, Protein
Fats 65 grams
Carbs 135-195 grams
Fibre 25 grams
Net Carbs = Carbs minus Fibre
Protein 40-50 grams

I am eating as if I am a 135 pound woman -
IF you want to be a 135 pound woman
then you have to eat like a 135 pound woman !!!
I am sick and tired of and almost died supporting that fat woman!!!
