made my first non-dairy cheese sauce! Woot! It's a pretty yummy alternative...especially as i never really liked the bright, neon-orange nacho cheese sauce that most people like. I added some habanero hot sauce and spicy salsa to it and it was even better. I think this sauce, plus some black beans and guacamole would make a kick-ass nacho. Anyway, I managed to get up to 945-1000 cal today. It sounds like sooo much food, yet I need to get at least 1200...ugh! >:( Help?
