Lunch. Sup ayam, beet, wortel, kembang kol, jamur. Gak tahu berapa kalori. Udah lama gak hitung kalori. Yang penting less-carb dan no goreng2. Makan sampai kenyang. Tengah malam kadang masih makan. Tapi angka di timbangan turun terus. :)
