Rough day today. Visiting family who isn't particularly health conscious and eating out are not helping me stay on track. HOWEVER. After dinner, I did not get frozen yogurt when we went to the froyo shop. Talk about GROWTH? I think yes. HA. Tomorrow is a new day!
