I cried today....out of anger and sadness because I felt like I couldn't eat what I wanted. I didn't want to eat any sweets or carbs, I didn't want to go over my protein. I had to calm down and realize I'm not gonna be perfect, and it is not gonna be easy transitioning my way of eating. My husband helped me decide to focus on eating healthy and worry about the weight loss later. I'm gonna pray about it tonight, and I know things will get better.

When you want something bad enough you have to dig deep. Right now this might not be for you. Your husband is correct, just make minor changes to your eating habits and eventually it will lead to weight loss. You can do it, never give up. Find an eating program that you can stick with and win.
