Simon Scale says exactly the same as he did yesterday and the day before, and the day before that..... I'm sure he's punishing me for my indiscretions. I've always been able to take off any gains quickly by getting back on track straight away, but not this time. I have no idea why. I swapped my summer and winter wardrobes round recently and the weather has gone really cold again, so I'm having to get some warmer stuff out again. Swimming this morning was brrrrrr.
