I can't believe I gained a pound in just 3 days, especially since I have been on the right track with my eating and exercising more than before. The only explanation I have is that I was dehydrated from traveling when I weighed myself a couple days ago and this is the TRUE amount I gained over my Covid summer :) Still at it today, staying strong. The pic is me at my highest ever weight yesterday
