ok, Summer is coming, I have to get serious!!
Beach, Swimsuit, Happy Clothes Not Large T-Shirts!!
Menu today:
Chicken Wing Broiled
Instant Potatoes (no milk or butter)
25 cal Beef Gravy mixed w/ 20 cal mushroom gravy, add flour cook
Tuna Salad with fat free mayo, 1 slice bread
Goal: Exercise to keep net cal above 1,000 for day
If snack, exercise again
