I tried to get out on a run this morning with my son on his bike. He couldn't keep up and whined the whole time. Then he wanted to run with me, which of course, didn't last but a minute. I went inside and did some floor exercises instead. Tonight we played basketball with the family on my daughter's new basketball hoop and lots of neighborhood kids joined in. It was fun and I can see our house may be the neighborhood hangout this summer! I plan to do some more floor exercises tonight while we watch CSI. I am enjoying doing them more often again.

I noticed a fat feeling belly again today and had started my day with a weight watchers bagel and WW cream cheese and my homemade jam. It was good and low in points, but I immediately felt a puffy belly. When I have a very low carb breakfast, I don't see that puff at all. I think I ate pretty well today overall but still feeling puffy. We'll see what the scale says tomorrow. It's an interesting thing to track though.

Nice try for the run... good thing you had a backup plan! I hope your belly has de-puffed and all is well. Have a great day!

I don't know if my belly will ever de-puff. I think I have grown accustomed to the un-de-pufficated abdomen. Sorry - livelifefully - amryk and I are just swappin' "lingo." He-he-he-he-he!

Un-de-pufficated, Cobra Fan? Hehehehe. Too funny. I used to think I could take my dog on my runs but that turned into a real "drag". LOL. Great job keeping the exercise going with the back up plan. Interesting about the breakfast/puffy connection. Good luck with the scale!

I know we were teasing about the pufficated verses the unpufficated tummy but - seriously - thanks so much for the acknowledgement via your journal that something as seemingly simple as a bagel can make us FEEL thick and heavy all morning. These little details are why I stay true to Fat Secret. I learn something new every day.
