I think this is life, my Granma lived until 94 she NEVER stopped watching her weight and trying to eat healthy. Every day I get better and better. Or I start again 🤣

@Thulzeen ,you know what I do and this is working for me,when i fal i continue,I don't start over because when I tell my mind m starting over,I start over every week...but when I continue I get motivated.. even with diets if u cheat I don't start over o continue on the next day, thts it..And finish the diet..The starting over is so discouraging.

Buddy always remember u can eat whatever u want and enjoy life if u find balance count your calories and make sure that it’s not more of a diet but more of a lifestyle u will notice that if u find balance u can eat foods that you enjoy as long as it’s in moderation and u eat healthy

I find that if I count calories and eat what I want I am constantly craving more. Eating healthy high fat, veggies and lean protein takes away the cravings as well as making me feel full and so not constantly thinking of food... and the calories naturally end up being in the zone.

I'm with Stadsuz. I find it a lot easier to stay within the calories if I eat lchf/keto. Carbs just make me hungry, so I avoid anything processed or starchy. You can do it!
