The main is to keep weekly balance, so now look forward and do your best to have the week in its calorie framework ;-)

Even it out for the week. I think everyone has a day like that now and then.

I had a day like that this week. So frustrating, I know. It will pass and be a while before I have another. I think maybe when that happens we should train our minds to think on something else besides food. I know I should just get away from food when I'm in that kind of mood.

Keeping track of this site keeps me busy so I don't eat to much. I read everything and plan out my menu's for each day, learn from everyones input and I love the sharing, so If I become a forum pig ,please endulge me as it helps my plan.

Nature requires an occasional day like that, I tend to get out for a walk or jog and it seems to help me, but as every girl knows there are times I just crave chocolate ! wish you success

It's OK to forgive yourself and move on! You are doing great!

Yep, forgive yourself and move on. Read everything on this website. Look up other healthy sites on the internet - stay away from food websites. Look for motivational quotes. Maybe print them out and post them. Tell yourself you are worth it until you mean it! YOU CAN DO THIS!

I've had those days too, I think many of not all of us have. Just know that with each new day comes new choices, new chances to eat right & move forward towards your weight loss goal. These times can actually help motivate us to do better & try harder, so they aren't so bad as we may think. Best wishes for your continued success! Glammer
