Today's gotten off to a great start! I got a nice mini-workout this morning and had a light, healthy breakfast :) Some walking, jogging, and a few sets of sit ups followed by a relaxing shower totally got me ready for the day. Too bad I have to do a bunch of last minute school work >:S This is what i get for procrastinating all week. Oh well... I took a look at myself in the mirror today with just my sports bra and some shorts...I'm really starting to look better. I have less arm flab, less belly flab, and more definition. I still have some trouble areas to work on mainly my extra belly fat and thighs -sigh- Oh well, health food store, some more walking, and sushi later(all with my mommy! :D )
