BAD TUMMY!
I am proud to say in my first week back to the gym, today, was the first day my work out buddy was not with me and I still made it to the gym this morning! In fact I treated today like a "last change workout" and pushed myself harder than usual. I felt great!
HOWEVER, my tummy is griping me! I have been drinking a protein shake but I know it is not that as I had the same shake yesterday and I had zero problems! Boo! This sucks because it makes me feel weak in a different way. I wanted to leave early today for work and this is slowing me down for real! I know it will pass...but till then UGH!
