Once again weekly check in of sorts! Okay so something really strange has been going on with the scale, it's being a bouncing ball again and I'm just not understanding it at all. I have not even started my personal challenge yet! Oh and not to mention I fell off the vegan/vegetarian wagon this weekend. bought latate pills so I could enjoy some foods that I have not eaten in a long time. Been having killer cravings for cheese! So I indulged in pizza last night from dominos and it was the bomb. Today I've felt a bit guilty over it, but missing my best friend conquered that. Needless to say it's been a bit of a sad day for me. Oh well time stops for no one so might as well pick up my emotions and move on!
