I have not gotten on the scale for a couple of days, but this I can say. My jeans that used to fit like sausage casing (I called them sausage pants) are so outrageously baggy now. I am almost at the point that I cannot wear them anymore.
I have not biked all the way to work yet. I watched a bike safety video and I need a few things like a rear view mirror.
But it is going well... Hope all is well with everyone else.
