I did not realize how hard those Super Digestive Enzymes would hit me. Yesterday I was hurting a lot of the afternoon and evening, and still don't feel that great this morning because of them. I reverted to an Atkins shake and 1/2 a bar last night just to get some more calories in. Didn't make my NC or veggie NC.
67.5 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 4.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
