Kenpo was today. love this workout, a great stress relief.lol all those kicks and punches. and I can do everything they are doing ,only sometimes i need a small break or i get behind. lol. Ratios look decent yesterday. I may not be able to get my protein to 50% but 40 is my goal for today. I struggle with likeing my banana in my shake and than seeing the fat and carbs it adds to my day. ugh. I need to buy some blueberries cuz i like those and then every other day have a different one. or even some other fruit too. Today I will have a salad on my lunch with veggies!
