How do you deal with guests? A friend came to visit unexpected, I had eaten all the bread, I had nothing for snacks, I offered him beer and carrots & cucumber sticks and light yogurt sauce (had nothing else to make a dip). It was not a close friend and even thought I dont tell anyone I count my cals, simply because is no ones business, I just had to be straight up ”Sorry mate, I gained weight and kind of only have diet food. The dip is runnie as, because is diet yogurt”. I was not too conforable, but I bit the bullet and just owned it, it was ok, he was ok, and just devoured the sticks & dip.
