Day 1
Today is my first day tracking what I'm eating. I'm not following the Paleo diet yet, but trying to be good. Some treats today but nothing too crazy. I made Frito Dessert bars for a gathering, so of course I had to try some. Sugar is my downfall, along with coffee creamer. Love my morning coffee!
