10th consecutive week of strength training 💪, I am almost at the stage where I must go to the gym routinely in order to feel great, at the moment it's still borderlining the realm of "can't be bothered but I'll go". I did not take a before picture BUT I can notice a difference in my body composition already, I think I am MainGaining as my weight stays pretty much the same, so the fat is being replaced by muscle, happy with the progress.
