Trying to get 7 hrs sleep, only getting 6 to 6.5, but it seems to be helping along with double walks - 2 x 40 minutes
103.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.7 kg a Week
