pake ilmu kira" ka, diapalin. 1 porsi nasi diluar brp gr. 1porsi nasi dr resto itu around 185gr nasi. 1/2 porsi itu around 110gr nasi. take away kerumah buat next day trus di input ke fs jd klo makan itu lagi tinggal search. atau klo mau repot bgt y bawa timbangan.
