Today was a good day. I'm glad to be on track! I actually can't wait till this weekend to get a good workout at the gym! I even did some tall walking at the office. I got in 2500 steps. I would like to get one of those body bugs so I can monitor it all day. I even did some pushups! On my knees but nonetheless I was surprised to get in any at all.
The light weight training is helping!

You seem like you are in good spirits and doing well! You seem to eat less than me! Make sure to get your calories in! I am so proud to hear about your exercise accomplishments! Push ups! Wow! I know the feeling...I ran on the treadmill yesterday and today! Was jamming with some music and it made it so encouraging! Stay encouraged! We are on our way!

I am eating less! I really try to shot for 1000 to 1500 calories per day. I needed your encouragement on Monday but all is good now. I will try not to have a day like that again! Mind was not on the right things. Yeah I'm working out more with weights, not to heavy but more reps! I feel stronger. Its good your running on the tread mill, I still feel like I'm going to break it!
