I am 32 I am also the highest weight I've ever been. That being said, I don't think I've ever remember being under 200 pounds. I've been hefty all my life, I come from a family of large people so it's been ingrained and learned from the start. Using this platform, I hope to change and learn more about my relationship with food. I started this journey over 300 lb I hope to get to onderland, but it's going to be a long journey.
