Core syn today, feel like my push ups are getting better!! I just had protein and milk with half a bar for breakfast, definetly not enough. I was trying to keep my fat and carbs down. have been hungrey all morning. ate my other bar in my desk but the chicken from my lunch.lol at least they were good choices. don't feel quilty about the chicken fresco tacos either at lunch- yummy and didn't even miss the cheese or sour cream. two was enough. saw .5lb loss on the scale so hoping for a 1.5 weight loss for the week. i will try not to get on that scale again til then.
