I'm a little disappointed. I thought I would have lost more. I didn't feel like I did, but I was hoping. Still 9 lbs down in 2 weeks can't really complain about that. Just was hoping for more. Low/No Carbs is soooooo stinking hard!
77.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Nine pounds in two weeks is a huge loss. Your body needs time to adjust. A pound of two a week after the first initial water loss is normal. Keep your expectations realistic so you don't get disappointed over the small losses. Each loss adds up to a big loss and will take you to goal.
