I have to stick to my guns this week. Like many people here, I didn't do so well on Easter weekend. Saturday was okay...but Sunday was ABYSMAL. Ham, fixins, breakfast at Cracker Barrel....it was a mess.

I am at 188 now and I have to get back to my walking/running regiment. The rain has been on and off now for the last few weeks so it has dampered my will to get out.

I have to be more determined.

I agree with the weather having a great impact on our overall mood and energy levels. I'm thankful for the rain and all, but when it's dark and cold outside it doesn't encourage one to get up and at em. You'll bounce back fine!
