Fell off the wagon... Still eating MUCH better than I had been in the past so that is the good news. The bad news is I still have one bad habit...McDonalds. I will continue to focus on healthy eating and cut back on the cheap and quick. I know it should be cut out not cut back. As I continue to focus on healthy eating I know cutting out McDonald's will come without stress. Those damn burgers are really addictive.
