Is it worth it to weigh-in on a questionable scale? I have a traditional scale at home, and I have to reset the gauge every time I use it. I'm not sure how accurate it is and I have gotten so used to using the scale at my LA Weight Loss center but I see those numbers only once a week.
Is there a digital scale that anyone might recommend? I have asked for the Biggest Loser recommended one for Mother's Day but that's too far away! :)

The best answer I can get is that it is using the same scale at the same time each day. A loss is a loss and a gain is a gain regardless of the number shown.

I also recommend weighing in at the same time each day, and I think morning is best after you wake up.
