ok! 194 lbs... Still many to go, but I will enjoy every single accomplishment no matter how small. I will identify hunger vs. craving and will follow hunger and only hunger! I realized that most of the times "I feel like eating"...I'm not hungry. So, pay attention to the cues!
If only I could incorporate exercise in my routine, and get rid of the stress my life would be perfect!
Fake it till you make it!
