I've been exercising pretty consistenetly since January, minus two weeks where I was really sick. I've been keeping track of my measurements since I started, so I'm going to put them here too for reference!
Start 1.21.11: Chest:45 inches Waist: 39.5 inches Hips: 46 inches Thighs: 28 inches Arms: 12.75 inches Total: 171.25 inches (gross!!)
3.7.11 Chest: 41.75 inches Waist: 33.75 inches Hips: 42.25 inches Thighs: 27 inches Arms: 13 inches Total: 157.75 inches
I'm pretty pleased with the results so far! I just need to stick to this routine!!
