I weigh myself at night and when I first wake up. I am obsessed and I don't care. it keeps me in line.

I feel the same way to a degree. My problem is when I see a bit of a loss I eat a little more than I should...nothing bad just over my calories. I still workout everyday for 30 minutes and try to drink lots of water!

I do the same but in reverse.. if I know im going to be out (like tonight) and I want fish and chips.. im careful the whole day to save for it. if I know a weekend is coming (like my birthday) I will be careful all week so I can be carefree when the time comes. I was just talking to my DH about the winter - that I would lose my walks. we are going to get something for the house inside. it wont be the same (a bike or something) but it will keep my mind in check.

and im terrible about water.. I try but I just cant drink much.. unless it tastes like coffee :)

I'm not really a coffee drinker and if I do drink coffee it's a dessert by the time I'm done with it! I have my own 48 oz waterbottle I carry around likd a toddler and drink 3 three of these throughtout the day. I like to add ice to mine so it's nice andcold. I drink more that way. I dont know if it would be something you might like but I do 30 day shred by jillian Michaels. I watch it off youtube.

what is it like? (the video) .. I have tried the sparkling waters, the flavored.. I sip the same medium iced coffee until about 3pm and then I have 1 water with dinner and fight myself to have another with my bowl of fruit but I never finish it. I cant even imagine 48 oz!
