Well I just wanted to check in to keep me on track. I seem to lose my way for a second, but come here to remind me to keep going. Since my last entry no real big issues. I've been eating well and working out daily. I've been really focusing on push ups and dips to try to get my arms toned. Stay motivated everyone and just take it day by day.
