Fat Tuesday, hmph. I already devoured my fausnaught with turkey syrup (my first actually), a PA dutch tradition. I was down a half a pound this morning and was wondering if I was being to hard on myself since I keep losing. Then I packed all my food for the day and decided I wasn't being hard at all I eat pretty much! A normal's day food includes: yougurt and an apple for breakfast. 2 slices of turkey breast, 1 slice of amaerican cheese, 1 slice of wheat toast and miracle whip for lunch. 15 baby carrots and a fat free chocolate pudding for a snack. A salad with croutons and dressing around 5 for part 1 of dinner and a pizza english muffin for part 2 of dinner. AI guess I'm just lucky that my metabolism is still going strong. At this point I have no idea where my goal is, I'm thinking 125. I'm fairly thin (I'll have to post a new picture) and I still want to lose a little bit more. I guess I'll know when I get there. Maintence will be my biggest problem but I know I can get through it. Well tonight I will be studying for finals all night and then a presentation and final tomorrow. I can't wait to get it over with and have a few stress free days before I start 2 more classes next week. Best of luck everyone!
