I have been struggling the last couple of days and have decided its time to stop. I have used the excuse (to myself) that I dont have anything good in the house due to the storm knocking out power for 12 hours and having to discard the stuff in my refrigerator as a reason to go on a fast food binge because I didnt have the money to replace the stuff till payday. Well if I have the money for fast food then I have money to go buy veggies and salad and no reason to binge anymore. I have also used the bad weather as a reason to quit doing the walking I have been doing and that is gonna end today also.
Tomorrow is the 4th of July (Independence Day) and its time to declare my Independence from the bad choices I have been making and time to join the success stories I read on here. No more excuse just more action, I need to become a winner not a whiner
