Yikes! That shoulder workout really kicked my butt today! I had planned to do some cardio but after that I just decided to take a walk. And bought some Epsom salts! My left achilles is bothering me a little bit. But I must admit that being able to do all those push ups is kind of empowering!

Anyway, I decided to try Turkey Jerky today. I have never had any kind of jerky before. It was a little salty for my tates, but all right. I don't think I'll buy anymore just b/c it was soo expensive. I got some almonds too in order to try and beef up my calories. We'll see how that goes!
