So I noticed I've been pulling my pants up a lot today (and not just to tuck my stomach in). They're coming down on their own. I got on the scale this morning, still 213 but I can see some inches missing from these work pants. I'll take that, clothes getting looser feels just as good as the numbers going down on the scale.

Went to Trader Joes for the first time this weekend. I got some flaxseed, because I couldn't find it anywhere else. After I bought it I forgot what I was supposed to do with it. I'll go back through the FS recipe's and find something I'm sure.

Was it the muffin in a minute recipe everyone talks about? Also knows as MiM... I bought some and made those, they are easy and if you let them sit for a few minutes after cooking, add some butter, and close your eyes tight and think of bread it ALMOST tastes like it! :) Have fun with it and let us know what you try! If you try something you like please share- I am up for something new. Congrats on the loose pants!
