Ok. I prepared all my meals yesterday and I'm surprised I stayed under my recommended calorie intake. I think FatSecret has calculated it a little high for what I really want to happen over the next month, but it'll be a safety net I guess. It wasn't hard at all to stay under. We had a busy day so that may have helped a little. I didn't begin the workout dvd BUT I did find it and put it next to the tv. I'm thinking if I can just eat the same foods during the week and squeeze in Jillian Michael's I'll be looking good by September. I can be a bit more flexible on the weekends but I really have to count those calories!
I'm also so happy that I had a great ratio of carbs-protein-fat.
So- today I'll do the same thing as yesterday but I'll also work out. No corona or whiskey today either. Maybe just some vino.
