Still can't figure out this calorie thing, but I am trying. I feel like I am eating basically nothing all day, but some how intake 1000 calories. Also, I basically know that I need to incorporate exercise into my diet but I've been pretty lazy. Need to start a work out regimen on Monday no excuses this time!
