well... the move to cali ruined me. from 155 straight to 190. first month in we stayed at a temp home which had no fridge so all our options were fast food. almost a year later and now im starting my exercise and calorie count anew. If I did it once I can do it again, but this time im adding good exercise to boost my metabolism and tone! I´m dedicated to look even better than last year.
