Hello all!!! I just got done with my workout, that's 5 days in a row, FIVE, I can't believe it. I feel so good when I'm done with it I starting to really enjoy it and that is something I have never done in the past. Eating right is going very well also. I've designated myself as the sober driver tonight so I won't have to worry about drinking tonight, and I'm saving just a few points incase something comes up tonight (like some food I just can't resist) so I could have just a few bites to satisfy. That plan will get me through today with flying colors, now if I can just do as well the next two days after this I'll be good. I don't usually do my workout right in the morning, but tomorrow I'm going to so I can be sure to get it in, and then Sunday is my day off of exercise so that will be a breeze.
