For the first time I swam laps today. I used to swim every day growing up until like seventh grade, but now………NOPE! My lung capacity seems to have drastically increased or I’m just so out of shape it was making it that much more difficult. Luckily, I do still love swimming, even after feeling super nauseous afterwards (if anyone knows, would that possibly be from breathing incorrectly?), and I still want to do it again. I’m a little afraid that it may too hard for me right now, but I think I just need to get over that and maybe not push it like I did today, I’m not sure.

Any suggestions?
