Small goal this evening, instead of having 3 pieces of pizza, I had one and a big helping of salad (no dressing, all veggies). I'm craving everything sweet and carb loaded tonight. Trying to cure it with the Atkins Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll, which are AMAZING. But dammit I want cake or toast with butter! Everyone says to enjoy in moderation, but with food addiction, that's like saying "just a sip of alcohol" or " just one more bump". I have to cut basically everything out and deal with the withdrawal because I know it's better on the other side! Also ordered a new pair of workout shoes. I tried to do Zumba in crap slip ons (that's all I had) and ended up with blisters and a couple of messed up knees. Don't know the point of all this, just needed to get it out and throw it into the void. It's keeping me out of the bread! 😆 Keep on trucking FS warriors. ❤️
