Your celebratory post reminds me of a very old episode on the Oprah Winfrey Show. She had gone on an extreme weight loss plan. A liquid diet of some kind I think. Anyway. She walked onto the stage pulling a red wagon filled with 50 pounds of congealed animal fat. The visual was COMPELLING. I often conjure up that image as a MOTIVATOR! By the way, the results of Oprah's extreme liquid diet did not last long. So sad. You are doing "it" the right way.

I am not "starving" myself either.. i am pretty full (once in a great while, I am hungry.. but not much)... just traded bad calories, that was less filling with "good" calories- I guess..lol...
Yeah, there are times last two weekends, I splurged.. and was kind of discouraged.. but I am not going to give up.. forward and downward...lol..

I am not certain if the number of pounds of animal fat in Oprah's wagon was exactly 50 pounds. The number might have been more or less. "At any 'weight,' " you "get the picture."
